This policy describes how Green Bridge Academy, a division of Green Bridge Society Inc., handles information collected through greenbridgeacademy.com.
Your name, email address, and the courses you enroll in.
Where required to report continuing education credit on your behalf, we collect professional license or credentialing identifiers and any additional identifiers the relevant credit reporting system requires. We collect these only for learners enrolling in credit-bearing courses, and only what the reporting system requires.
Progress through course material, assessment responses and scores, completion dates, and course evaluation responses.
Card payments are handled entirely on our payment processor's own secure page. Card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We retain only an order record and the processor's transaction reference, which we use for accounting and to resolve any billing dispute.
Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages accessed.
Payment processor. To process your payment.
Credit reporting systems and accrediting bodies. Where you enroll in a credit-bearing course, we report completion data as required so your credit is recorded.
Accredited education partners. Where a course is delivered jointly with an accredited provider, we share the completion records that provider is required to maintain.
Service providers. Hosting and email delivery vendors, limited to what they need to perform their function.
Legal. Where required by law or valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share learner names, contact information, or course activity with dispensaries, product manufacturers, or any commercial third party for marketing purposes.
We do not use your professional license or credentialing identifiers for any purpose other than reporting continuing education credit.
Green Bridge Academy is a division of Green Bridge Society Inc., which also operates a telehealth clinical practice. Learner records are maintained separately from patient records.
Enrolling in a course does not create a patient relationship, does not add you to any patient-facing mailing list, and your learner information is not used for clinical or patient marketing purposes.
We retain enrollment and completion records for as long as required by applicable accreditation recordkeeping standards, and thereafter as needed for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of information that is not subject to a retention obligation.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing greenbridgesociety@gmail.com. We cannot delete completion records we are required to retain, or withdraw credit already reported.
You may opt out of non-essential email at any time via the unsubscribe link. We will still send transactional messages about your enrollments.
We use cookies necessary for login sessions and cart function.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our courses are intended for licensed professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
