Green Bridge Academy is a trade name and the continuing education division of Green Bridge Society Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Green Bridge Society Inc.
By purchasing or accessing a course, you agree to these terms.
Courses are intended for licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare professionals in training. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. You are responsible for confirming that a course meets the continuing education requirements of your licensing board before purchasing.
Accreditation status is stated on each individual course page. Courses that are not accredited by a recognized continuing education accrediting body are offered as professional education only, and this is disclosed before purchase.
Acceptance of any certificate of completion toward licensure or recertification requirements is at the sole discretion of your licensing board. We encourage you to confirm acceptance with your board before enrolling.
Enrollment is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or course access with another person.
Course materials are licensed to you for your own professional education. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or used to create derivative training materials without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for credential sharing, redistribution of materials, or fraudulent completion of assessments, without refund.
Where credit is offered, it is awarded only on satisfactory completion of all stated requirements, which may include minimum engagement with the material, a passing assessment score, and a course evaluation. Requirements are disclosed on each course page.
You are responsible for providing accurate identifying information needed to report credit on your behalf. We are not responsible for credit that cannot be reported because of inaccurate information supplied at registration.
Prices are in US dollars and are stated on the course page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card number. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Course content is provided for professional education. It is not medical advice and does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating professional, who should independently verify any information against current authoritative sources and applicable law.
Laws and regulations discussed in our courses vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Nothing in any course constitutes legal advice.
Our educational content is developed independently. Course content is not influenced by, and does not promote, any specific commercial product, dispensary, brand, or service. We do not accept commercial support for course content.
All course materials, including video, text, assessments, and graphics, are owned by Green Bridge Society Inc. or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright.
Courses are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost professional opportunity or licensure consequences.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively to courses you have already purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
