Green Bridge Academy is the continuing education division of Green Bridge Society Inc. This policy applies to all course enrollments purchased through greenbridgeacademy.com.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that neither of the following has occurred:
Once credit has been earned and reported it cannot be withdrawn, and the enrollment becomes final. This is a limitation of the credit reporting systems, not a discretionary policy on our part.
Beginning a course or viewing course materials does not by itself forfeit your refund. We would rather you start a course and find it isn't what you needed than hesitate to enroll.
Email greenbridgesociety@gmail.com with the name on the enrollment and the course title. You do not need to give a reason.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process them within 3 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5 to 10 business days after that.
Course enrollments are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel. If we introduce a subscription product in future, its cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
Enrollment grants access to the course for as long as that course remains offered by Green Bridge Academy.
If we withdraw a course before you have completed it, we will either provide a comparable replacement course or issue a full refund, at your election.
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at greenbridgesociety@gmail.com or 814-360-5353 before filing a dispute with your card issuer. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly, and we would rather refund you than have you spend time on a chargeback.
